What is the F Cell Battery

To be technical about it a F Cell Battery is an electrochemical Energy Conversion Device. The Fuel Cell converts chemicals like hydrogen and oxygen into water and this process produces electricity. Unlike a battery that has all its chemicals stored inside it the F Cell Battery directly converts chemicals directly into electricity. With a F Cell Battery chemicals constantly flow into the cell so it never loses his charge. So As long as there is a flow of chemicals into the F Cell Battery the electricity will flow out of the F Cell Battery. Hydrogen and oxygen are the chemicals used most often in F cell cars.  With a battery once the energy has been delivered you must either recharge it or throw it away. With a F Cell Battery there is no need to recharge or no reason to throw it away. You continue to use a F Cell Battery and continue to get energy from the fuel-cell as long as a fuel source is attached to it. No batteries in landfills no lead field acid filled toxic batteries released to the environment once there lifecycle is over. This is a big advantage for F Cell Battery not only when you look at cars but also other potential applications of fuel cells.

The Mercedes-Benz P class F cell car is powered by an electric motor that makes 136 hp and 214 foot-pounds of torque it provides a range of 240 miles in a refueling time of just 3 min. you don’t think that’s exciting compared with the range and recharging time of the fully electric car. While one of the major obstacles to at cell cars is the lack of fueling stations, this shortened feet refueling time an extended range will go a long way towards making F cell Battery cars a viable and valuable alternative for transportation in the future. The F Cell Battery is here to stay.
